Web Site Procedures for Requesting Access into the Agency Interface Sections of the QBE Web Site

You must register a Userid and Password in order to enter the Licensed Agent Secured Area of the Web Site. Once registered, you will have access to program guidelines and forms, policy specific reporting, and daily activity reporting. Please review the following information before submitting your request.
The following information describes how to fill out the Web Request Agent ID Form. The form is divided into three sections: - Requester

Requester
In an Agency, only an individual considered the Principal (P) is allowed to authorize themselves or anyone else in the Agency to access the Licensed Agent Secured Area of the Web Site. A Principal is typically the owner of the Agency.
- Principal Name: First and last name of you, the requester.
- Agency Name: The business name of the Agency.
- Principal Email: Your email address.
Requested For
You can request up to 20 accounts to be created on your agency's behalf. Below is a short description of the required information:
- Name: First and last name of the individual.
- Agency Code(s): Your 5 digit QBE assigned agent id. In some cases you may have two, please provide the id(s) which apply to this individual.
- Sub Producers: (not required) Only applies to Agencies that work thru an MGA.
- User Name: Must be between 5 and 10 characters in length and cannot begin with a number.
- Password: Must be 8 to 10 characters in length and must begin with a letter. Additionally, it must contain at least one number and at least one of the following special characters: $ @ # _ No other special characters are permitted.

- User Type: The role of this individual.
- Email: Individual's email address. This will be used to communicate between Marketing and the Agency
