programs are designed to fill the market needs for the insured that does not have a preferred
insurance profile. We offer a Homeowners, Dwelling Fire, and Vacant Dwelling program that requires no credit scoring, no surcharges for prior
claims and relaxed review of prior bankruptcy, however the property must display pride of ownership. These products are insured at market value,
with optional replacement cost contents coverage and optional broad form perils endorsement. All products can be rated, underwritten, and policy
