Payment Options:

Agency Billed Policies: (Policies billed to the Insured either by the Agency or a Premium Finance company) Please contact your Agent regarding your payment options.

Direct Billed Policies

Payments can be made in your agent's office by cash, check, money order, Visa, Discover, or Mastercard.

  1. Payments by check or money order can be mailed directly to the insurance company.
  2. Visa, Mastercard, or Discover payments can be made directly.

Payment Options by policy type:

For commercial policies with the prefix 109, 209, 309, 409, 509 and 709:

  1. Payments can be made in your agent's office by cash, check, money order, Visa, Discover, or Mastercard.
  2. Payments by check or money order can be mailed directly to the Jacksonville Office
  3. Visa, Mastercard, or Discover payments can be made over the phone by calling the Jacksonville office of North Pointe Insurance

For commercial policies with the prefix 129, 229, 329, 429, 529 and 729:

  1. Payments can be made in your agent's office by cash, check, money order, Visa, Discover, or Mastercard.
  2. Payments by check or money order can be mailed directly to the Coral Gables Office
  3. Visa, Mastercard, or Discover payments can be made over the phone by calling South Pointe Financial Services or North Pointe Casualty Insurance Company directly.

For Illinois, Indiana & Iowa Homeowners, Dwelling Fire and Vacant Policies:

  1. Payments can be made in your agent's office by cash, check, money order, Visa, Discover, or Mastercard.
  2. Payments by check or money order can be mailed directly to the Southfield Office
  3. Visa, Mastercard, or Discover payments can be made in person at our Southfield Office
  4. Visa, MasterCard, or Discover payments can be made over the phone by calling North Pointe Insurance

Canceled Policies: We will consider reinstating your policy on the date your payment is received in our office, however, WE DO NOT REINSTATE BY POSTMARK.

For Florida, South Carolina, Hawaii, & Arizona Homeowners and Dwelling Fire Policies:

  1. Payments can be made in your agent's office by cash, check, money order, Visa, or Mastercard.
  2. Payments by check or money order can be mailed directly to the Southfield Office
  3. Visa, MasterCard, or Discover payments can be made by phone by calling North Pointe Casualty Insurance Company.
